SUMMER 2024 ETHICS COURSE: Cultivating Love for Teenagers, Pupils, and Students

Introduce

With the desire to contribute to creating a summer full of true love and a fresh, green planet, Chon Nhu Monastery would like to respectfully announce the 2024 Summer Ethics course. This course contributes to helping students Young people and their families practice broad love and human morality according to the morality of humanism - cause and effect that Buddha Shakyamuni discovered and Elder Thich Thong Lac reconstructed.

Course Information
Study period from: June 20, 2024 - June 27, 2024
Participants
Teenagers from 10 years old and up, pupils and students
Parents of participating children (encouraged to register with their children)
Course Purpose
1. Cultivate Love
Love yourself, your family, your Fatherland, everyone and all creatures around you.
Practice a vegetarian lifestyle out of compassion and do not kill animals.
2. Cultivate Human Ethical Personality
Become a moral person who knows how to love and forgive.
Know how to live with 5 ethics: the virtue of love for life, the virtue of detachment from greed, the virtue of family, the virtue of honesty, the virtue of clarity.
3. Applying Ethics to Life
Bringing morality to everyone and every species around us.
Create connection, peace and happiness for each other.

Important Note
The course is completely free
Students can register for a shorter period if they cannot participate for a full month. Accompanied parents are encouraged to participate and support the Organizing Committee to make the course run smoothly.
Buddhists who do not have children participating can also register to support the organization.
Due to the limited number of seats, please register early according to the above time, instead of waiting until the first day of class to come to the Monastery to register directly. If there is no more space, the Organizing Committee will notify you.
